Just as an update super fast, my baby turned one and I weighed 123 pounds. I also learned after getting a new PCP that I am 5'3," not 5'2." With all that has happened since 2009, the "Detox 101" post and following meal plans are still a great way to jump-start your weight loss. Also, the post called, "Make That the Last 2 Pounds," is an acceptable daily meal plan for after detox. I am working on finally finishing my Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach certification this year, so with new learning will come new posts and information you can use. Good health and stay FNT!
